After these rainy days of last week the good spring weather has arrived again and with that it is desirable to go out, to do sport, to walk and refresh ourselves in a healthy way after the weekend in which we have certainly had more than an excess (deserved without a doubt ). For this reason, and bearing in mind that spring is a daily opportunity to revitalize us with new strength we want to give you some nutritious, refreshing and very healthy recipes for juices and spring liquefies.

Pineapple, cucumber and celery shake.

For this milkshake we need 1 slice of pineapple, a quarter cup of cucumber (with peel), a stalk of celery and a cup of water. It is a very rich milkshake which also helps us eliminate liquids and combat constipation. For this, we pass it through the blender and we will take it on an empty stomach every morning.

Strawberry and coconut juice.

A smoothie that will give us the strength of strawberries and the great benefits of coconut milk. For this, we need about 150 grams of strawberries, a quarter cup of coconut milk and a spoonful of honey to sweeten.

Pineapple and ginger smoothie

We need for this complete juice 4 slices of natural pineapple, half a glass of rice drink, a teaspoon of grated ginger coffee and nothing else. After liquefying everything together we can notice all its properties, from the diuretic properties of the pineapple to that of combating the typical spring colds thanks to ginger.

Juice of apples and lemon.

An extremely revitalizing juice and perfect for after high-impact exercise, especially in the hot months. It consists of approximately 4 apples, a quarter of lemon and berries to taste. We will wash the apples next to the fruits of the forest and we will liquefy everything adding a thin layer of lemon. Serve immediately for years or lose the properties, so it is advisable to have cold fruit previously.

Watermelon juice and strawberries.

Of antioxidant and purgative properties, this is a very recommended juice at this time to be both seasonal fruits. We will need about 150 grams of watermelon, 150 grams of strawberries and about 50 grams of blackberries to later liquefy it and drink cold.
